Safety Test

Our covering structures have undergone and successfully completed numerous tests that guarantee their higher efficiency and safety. Our team of structural engineers periodically performs safety tests on our aluminium structures. Certified laboratory tests and field testing in extreme conditions have proven their durability and resistance, in compliance with international safety provisions.

Aluminium

All our structures are produced from aluminium Alloy 6060, an alloy that offers the following advantages:

It is ductile and tensile

It resists bending and compression

It has a very good resistance to abrasion and erosion

The aluminum is lacquered with epossidic paint, highly resistant to strokes and weather conditions and guaranteed for about 20 years.

Components

We design and manufacture every single piece of our structures in our own foundry. The materials are melted at the temperature of 600-700œ. This procedure guarantees the top quality of our products.

Our structures are assembled with stainless steel screws, class A2, with a very high resistance equal to 8.8.

Motors Certifications

Our motorised covering systems are equipped with electrical motors. They are certified: UL 1004-Electric Motors for U.S.A., nœ 100-95 for Canada and CE mark for Europe.
